TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By confirming this booking, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

Payment and Booking

 

  •  A 20% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before the event.

 

Cancellation Policy

 

  • Standard Cancellation: Razor FC offers a refund of the deposit if cancellation is made with at least 14 days' notice. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the party, the deposit is non-refundable but any other monies paid will be refunded up to 7 days before the event. If cancellation occurs less than 7 days before the event, all monies paid are forfeited.

  • Cancellation by Razor FC: In the unlikely event Razor FC must cancel, we will reschedule or provide a full refund.

 

Party Obligations

 

  • Arrival Time: Please ensure all guests arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled start time to allow for registration and briefing.

  • Playing Time

​

1-Hour Session: 50 minutes of football on the pitch, with 10 minutes for setup and awards.

​

2-Hour Session: 1 hour and 40 minutes of football on the pitch, with 20 minutes for setup and awards.

 

Health and Safety

 

Razor FC is not liable for personal loss, injury, or damage arising from participation. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising younger children as needed.

 

Dietary and Special Requirements

 

Please notify us at least 10 days in advance if any guest has dietary needs or allergies.

 

Adverse Weather

 

Razor FC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the party due to extreme weather. A full refund will be provided if rescheduling is not possible.

 

Guest Behaviour

 

Guests are the responsibility of the Party Booker. Razor FC reserves the right to terminate the party due to inappropriate behaviour.
